Demand from our customers for documentation demonstrating the integrity of our products are increasing in terms of volume and complexity. The quality, consistency and timely provision of such documentation is a critical part of customer maintenance and new business development.

We are looking for a new team member within the New Product Development (NPD) Group who will look after specification maintenance, generation and maintenance of product dossiers and completion of customer documentation requests (CR) which cover a diverse range of subjects such as diet suitability, contaminant profiles, regulatory compliance, origin, safe use and nutritional profile. The role requires close collaboration with other departments including Sales, QC, QA, Supply Chain and Production under the supervision of our Senior Technologist.

Core Activities

• Compile information to complete customer questionnaires and documentation requests (CR) with consistency calling on NPD/QA/QC knowledge within timeframes according to commercial priority.
• File raw information and CR response by customer and product so that it is readily accessible by Vitablend employees.
• Generate and maintain standard communication documents.
• Generate and maintain detailed product dossiers detailing all aspects of product specification, compliance, suitability etc.
• Support members of NPD team with external product registration activities as appropriate.
• Support NPD team with finished product and raw material approval processes.
• Maintain safety datasheet database.
• Report activity monthly.
• Working with NPD colleagues, create and maintain central specification files.
